One row a day. That’s it.
A diary for n-of-1 self-tracking — for AuDHD and neurodivergent people on medication who want to bring more than “I think it’s better” to their next appointment.
Medication (your own labels and units), sleep, restlessness, anxiety, boredom, mood, craving, a short note — twenty seconds a day. Over weeks your own time series takes shape, and the app turns it into a summary for your appointment, as a PDF, on the phone.
Your data
The app has no internet permission. Your diary lives on your phone and leaves it only when you ask. No analytics, no account, no cloud. So you don’t have to take our word for it, the source is open and the build fails if anyone breaks this: github.com/ohm-the-everything/n1naplo.
What it isn’t
Not a medical device: it doesn’t diagnose, treat or advise on doses. Nobody monitors this diary. If you are in trouble: help.
Coming soon to Google Play and the App Store. Free and open source (MIT).
