Privacy policy
Effective 28 October 2026.
In short
N1 Napló collects no personal data, stores none on our systems and sends none to anyone. The app has no internet permission, so it technically cannot transmit data. Your diary lives on your phone.
Controller
OHM Corp Kft., Aradi utca 21., 1039 Budapest, Hungary. Tax number: 27859759-2-41. Contact: hello@n1naplo.org, janos@0hm.ai.
What happens on the phone
Your entries (medication, sleep, mood and the other fields, notes) are kept in one file in your phone’s storage, in a place excluded from system backup. We have no access to it. Deleting the app deletes the diary.
What you start
- Backup file, summary (PDF), CSV: they go wherever you send them (e.g. Files, email, your doctor). You can encrypt the backup with a passphrase; the PDF and CSV are not encrypted.
- Copy in the system backup (off by default): if you turn it on, a copy of the diary goes into the backup tied to your Google or Apple account, under their terms. On Android only encrypted, with a screen lock. We have no access to it either.
- Evening reminder: a local notification on the phone; it sends nothing.
The stores
Google Play and the App Store give us their own aggregate statistics (e.g. install counts and, if your phone allows it, crash reports). They contain no diary data and are governed by the Google and Apple privacy policies.
This website
It sets no cookies, runs no tracking code, loads nothing from elsewhere, and the server keeps no access logs.
Your rights
Since we process no data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or delete; your diary is yours to manage. Questions: write to the address above. Complaints: the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (naih.hu).
Not a medical device
N1 Napló doesn’t diagnose, treat or advise on doses. Take your questions to your doctor.
